SAP Payroll Consultant

🚨 Freelance SAP HR / HCM Payroll Consultant – Belgium

I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR / HCM Payroll Consultant to join a major organisation in Belgium, supporting a complex SAP HR landscape of approximately 10,000 employees.

📍 Brussels – Hybrid working

⏳ 12-month contract + potential extension

🚀 Start: ASAP

🗣 Languages: English + Dutch OR French

Relevant experience:

• Strong SAP HR / HCM experience, particularly Belgian Payroll

• SAP Payroll configuration, development and support

• Wage types, payroll schemas and PCRs

• Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT)

• Payroll troubleshooting, enhancements and change requests

• SAP ABAP HR development experience

• SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central integration

• SAP CPI / BTP integration exposure

The role involves supporting and enhancing an established SAP HR and Belgian Payroll environment, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing projects, system improvements and integrations.

I'm interested in speaking with consultants from functional, technical or hybrid SAP HR backgrounds, particularly those with strong Belgian Payroll expertise. Experience across all the areas listed above is not essential.
