SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Solution Architect

SAP PM/EAM Solution Architect We're seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Solution Architect to support a DoD customer in designing and delivering enterprise asset management and maintenance solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management, leading solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation strategy. What We're Looking For Active Secret Clearance 8+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation background , including architecture and solution design responsibilities Deep expertise with: Functional Locations Equipment Master Data Maintenance BOMs Task Lists Maintenance Strategies and Plans Notifications Work Order Management Experience integrating SAP PM with: Materials Management (MM) Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) Quality Management (QM) Procurement Inventory Management Ability to lead client workshops, facilitate solution discussions, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and project teams Comfortable serving as the lead PM/EAM SME while remaining willing to be occasionally hands-on when needed Preferred Experience Department of Defense (DoD), federal government, defense contractor, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or other asset-intensive environments SAP PM/EAM modernization or migration projects SAP Fiori maintenance applications Predictive or condition-based maintenance solutions Prior consulting or systems integration experience Travel Up to 75% travel during the initial phase of the engagement, decreasing after the first few months. This opportunity is ideal for a senior SAP PM/EAM professional who enjoys working directly with clients, influencing enterprise asset management strategy, and leading the design of scalable SAP maintenance solutions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Neptune Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $147.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
