Take the lead on complex SAP transformation initiatives that are shaping the future of digital service delivery within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic outcomes, engage with senior stakeholders and deliver high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency across a large and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, budget and schedule
• Align project delivery with organisational strategy and Queensland Government standards
• Build strong relationships with senior executives, vendors and key stakeholders
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation
• Manage project risks, governance requirements and compliance obligations
• Deliver high-quality reporting, briefings and recommendations to senior leadership

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale SAP projects, ideally including SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies and their application to business transformation
• Advanced knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK or similar delivery frameworks
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Relevant IT or Business qualifications, along with PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP certifications, will be highly regarded
