Role Description The SAP S/4HANA Business Unit Change Management Lead Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for leading change initiatives as business units adopt and optimize SAP S/4HANA. This role designs and executes change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication, training, and readiness activities aligned with project timelines. The consultant collaborates closely with business leaders, functional consultants, and project managers to understand process changes, assess impact, and ensure smooth transition and user adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing change roadmaps, creating communication materials, facilitating workshops, supporting end-user training programs, and monitoring adoption through change metrics and feedback channels. The role also involves advising clients on best practices, identifying risks related to change, and recommending mitigation tactics to support sustainable, long-term transformation. Qualifications
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects, with a focus on business unit change management and user adoption.
Strong skills in organizational change management methodologies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication planning, and training design.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business process owners, and to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments.
Proficiency in creating clear, engaging change and training materials (presentations, guides, FAQs) and facilitating workshops or training sessions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to track change metrics and adjust plans based on feedback and performance data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible business language.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in fast-paced project environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, SAP) are a plus.
Experience in talent management, HRIS implementations, or digital workforce solutions is highly beneficial.
