SAP S/4HANA Rollout & Delivery Lead | SAP CoE

Make sure SAP delivers what the business of a global manufacturing group needs – on time, on scope and on budget. In this role you are the project manager for SAP projects, above all the SAP S/4HANA rollout, and you own the delivery of the change request portfolio of the SAP Center of Excellence, from prioritization with the business through planning, steering and go-live.

YOUR MISSION

• Drive international SAP S/4HANA rollouts end to end, translating implementation plans into coordinated execution through go-live and hypercare

• Establish effective project controls and governance, keeping milestones, costs, resources, risks and progress visible to stakeholders

• Bring the SAP CoE, business key users and implementation partners together to maintain delivery momentum and meet agreed objectives

• Take ownership of the SAP change request portfolio, working with business stakeholders to evaluate and rank requirements by value, effort and business impact

• Align capacity, consultants and release planning to balance rollout activities with ongoing business demands

• Use delivery KPIs and management reporting to identify deviations early and resolve issues involving scope, timelines, costs or quality

• Strengthen SAP CoE delivery practices through continuous improvement in governance, processes and ways of working

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Several years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Delivery Manager, with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations and international rollouts

• Practical experience in demand management, change requests and portfolio prioritization, ideally within an SAP CoE or a similar IT environment

• Solid knowledge of end-to-end SAP business processes, particularly in Finance, Logistics and Manufacturing

• Strong capabilities in project governance, budget and resource planning, risk management and delivery control

• Experience managing external implementation partners and vendors, including deliverables, scope and costs

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge priorities and manage escalations at senior level

• A structured, results-driven and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to stay focused under pressure

• Ability to collaborate effectively across international, distributed teams, with willingness to travel to global sites during rollouts

• Excellent English skills; German is a plus

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA is an advantage
