SAP SD Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to business users working with SAP S/4HANA, mainly within the SAP SD module.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and continuously improve and optimize existing business processes.
• Support standard SAP S/4HANA functionality within SD, as well as related areas, add-ons, and connected systems.
• Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and implementation projects, both nationally and internationally.
• Support business users during training sessions and help them adopt SAP solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and local SAP developments.
• Maintain and further develop LAPP's in-house solutions and enhancements within the SAP SD area.
• Continuously improve and optimize processes and solutions within the SD module.
• Work with external service providers and developers and coordinate their activities.
• Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), IT guidelines, corporate policies, and process instructions.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with SAP S/4HANA SD, including SAP SD customizing.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of SAP SD business processes and related interfaces, add-ons, modules, and systems.
• Experience working in a global IT environment and with international teams.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage but is not a core requirement.
• Fluent business English.
• Good project management and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
