SAP Security & Authorization Specialist – S/4HANA, Fiori & BTP

Location: Switzerland - 60% onsite and 40% remote

Language: German mandatory

Contract 6 to 12 months renewable

Subcontract possible if outside of Switzerland

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & Authorization Specialist to support a large, modern SAP and cloud environment covering approximately 80,000 identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain authorization concepts for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and SAP BTP.
• Build and optimise SAP business, single and composite roles.
• Manage Fiori Business Catalogs, Business Roles, Spaces, Pages and Launchpad Content.
• Implement Fiori authorizations using PFCG and Fiori Content Management.
• Design SAP BTP security and authorization concepts, including Role Collections, Entitlements, Subaccounts and Cloud Foundry roles.
• Work with SAP IAS/IPS and Entra ID for authentication and identity provisioning.
• Perform authorization traces, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support SAP GRC, SoD, audit and compliance requirements.

Essential Experience

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorization experience.
• Hands-on SAP Fiori authorization and PFCG expertise.
• Practical SAP BTP Security experience.
• Experience with IAS/IPS and IAM integrations.
• SAP GRC / SoD knowledge.
• Experience in complex SAP transformation or cloud environments.
• Professional German language skills – mandatory.

Nice to Have

SAP BTP Security certification, Xiting/Omada, Zero Trust, SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Integration Suite or Infrastructure-as-Code experience.

The ideal profile combines traditional SAP authorization expertise with modern Fiori, BTP and cloud identity security experience.
