SAP CO Consultant – Belgium

Location: Liège / Brussels / Antwerp / Ghent

Contract: 12 months+ with long-term extension

Working Model: Hybrid, with increased remote flexibility after the first 2–3 months

Language: English required; Dutch preferred

Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP CO Consultant to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme in Belgium.

The role will focus on SAP Controlling / Management Accounting, supporting the design and delivery of Finance solutions within a large-scale SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP CO design and implementation
• Work across Controlling, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centres and CO-PA
• Support wider Finance and S/4HANA integration
• Gather requirements and support solution design
• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders
• Participate in workshops, testing and deployment
• Provide senior functional guidance across the programme

Requirements

• Strong SAP CO / S/4HANA experience
• Solid Controlling / Management Accounting background
• Senior-level experience, ideally Lead-level Minimum 10 years Experience
• Large-scale SAP transformation experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Must be based in Benelux
