At SAP, you'll belong to a global community that grows together. Expect inclusive teams, international collaboration across time zones, and continuous learning through academies, mentoring, and certifications. We celebrate diverse perspectives, encourage experimentation, and give you the flexibility to do your best work-where curiosity, impact, and career mobility thrive.

The insurance industry is transforming. Rising cost pressure, evolving regulation, shifting customer expectations, and the rapid advance of AI are reshaping how insurers operate across the entire value chain. The question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how to integrate it responsibly into the processes that run the business. SAP is uniquely positioned to support this transformation — combining enterprise process depth, business data context, and industry knowledge across the value chain. As an SAP Solution Advisor, you will be at the forefront of this change, turning customer ambitions into value-driven decisions and future-ready roadmaps.

What you'll bring

You bring deep expertise in solution advisory across complex, strategic insurance accounts. You have a proven track record of navigating executive conversations, shaping architectural decisions, and translating business strategy into compelling solution narratives. You are experienced in insurance-specific processes — policy management, claims, actuarial, distribution, and reinsurance — and you understand the Swiss and European regulatory landscape, including FINMA guidance and the EU AI Act. You hold at least a bachelor's degree, communicate fluently in German and English, and are familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and LeanIX. You know how to build trust across cultures and hierarchies, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and you never succeed alone — teamwork is part of your DNA.

What you'll build

You will lead solution advisory engagements in the Swiss insurance market from initial discovery through roadmap design and adoption. You will shape and communicate a compelling SAP Autonomous Enterprise vision — defining future-state business capabilities, target architectures, AI adoption paths, and phased transformation roadmaps that move customers from current-state complexity to intelligent, scalable enterprise architectures. You will position SAP Business AI and agentic use cases — from underwriting automation and claims processing to fraud detection and customer self-service — translating capabilities into quantified business value. Responsible AI is not an afterthought in your work; governance, auditability, and regulatory compliance are built in from the start. Beyond individual engagements, you will grow the Swiss partner ecosystem, drive demand generation, and mentor fellow solution advisors to raise the bar across the team.

Where you belong

You will be part of a global solution advisory community that puts customer outcomes at the center of everything it does. Working side by side with sales, post-sales, and partner teams, you will operate in an environment that rewards curiosity, rewards collaboration, and rewards the courage to challenge customers with new ideas. This is a team that speaks the customer's language, earns trust through expertise, and finds meaning in connecting strategy to execution. If that resonates with you, this is your opportunity.
