SAP Solution Analyst (SAP SD/MM, IBP) | Belgium | Hybrid

🚀 Join a leading international organization as an SAP Solution Analyst and play a key role in both support and transformation initiatives within a modern SAP S/4HANA environment.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SD/MM and exposure to SAP IBP/OBP, who enjoys combining incident resolution, business analysis, solution design, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Halle, Belgium (Hybrid: up to 2 days/week remote)

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months
• Workload: Full-time

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the SAP Service Center, you will contribute to both Run and Build activities, supporting business-critical SAP solutions while driving continuous improvements and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Analyzing incidents and identifying root causes

✅ Delivering both immediate workarounds and sustainable long-term solutions

✅ Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements

✅ Performing fit-gap analyses and translating requirements into functional specifications

✅ Configuring SAP solutions and coordinating developments with technical teams

✅ Creating and executing test scenarios, supporting UAT and go-live activities

✅ Developing training materials and knowledge documentation

✅ Supporting key users and promoting knowledge sharing within the SAP community

✅ Monitoring system performance and carrying out operational checks

Required Skills & Experience

SAP Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) / OBP
• Experience with SAP EWM is considered a strong advantage

Functional Competencies

• Business process analysis
• Functional specification writing
• Testing and UAT support
• Change request delivery
• Incident management and problem solving
• Stakeholder management and user support

Language Requirements

• Dutch (mandatory)
• English (mandatory)
