What You’ll Be Part Of
As an SAP Supply Chain Analyst, you'll serve as the bridge between Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance. You'll optimize end-to-end supply chain and financial processes in SAP, strengthen integration across functions, and deliver actionable analytics that improve performance, control, and decision-making.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Supply Chain Process Management
- Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system-driven improvements.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance service level and working capital.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
SAP Functional Support
- Provide daily support for SAP Supply Chain and Finance modules.
- Analyze and resolve SAP process and transaction issues.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external consultants on enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective integration between supply chain and financial processes.
SAP Configuration & Enhancement
- Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules including:
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)
- Develop functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects.
- Support process standardization and automation initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- Analyze operational and financial performance using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Provide actionable insights for improving profitability, inventory efficiency, and operational performance.
- Support business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
Master Data Governance
- Maintain data quality for material masters, vendors, BOMs, cost centers, profit centers, and inventory records.
- Establish data governance standards and controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Testing, Training & Change Management
- Prepare test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct SAP user training and support adoption of new processes.
- Lead change management activities for system enhancements.
- Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations to consistently meet and support customer objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
What Makes You A Strong Fit
- Experience supporting and optimizing SAP Supply Chain processes with a primary focus on MM, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes across demand planning, procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting SAP process and transaction issues and coordinating fixes with IT and external partners
- Proficiency building and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reports using SAP, Power BI, and Excel
- Working knowledge of master data governance for material masters, vendors, BOMs, cost centers, profit centers, and inventory records
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement through SAP solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance
- Experience developing functional specifications, creating process documentation and SOPs, and preparing test scripts for UAT
- We see AI as an important part of how work gets done. While tools may vary, a baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency, problem-solving, and quality is expected.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Contributions to SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs
- Experience standardizing and automating processes at scale
- Exposure to SAP SD, FI, and CO modules
- Experience enabling tighter integration between supply chain and finance to improve reporting and controls
Things To Know
- This role is onsite and follows a hybrid schedule of our Laemchabang, Chonburi, Thailand with regular in-office collaboration alongside engineering, product, and customer program teams.
- This position supports global environment timelines, so occasional early morning or evening meetings may be needed to collaborate with teams in Europe and Asia.
- This role requires occasional domestic and international travel to customer/supplier sites, manufacturing locations, or product launch meetings.
- Successfully complete a background investigation / Health checkup and drug screen as a condition of employment (post-offer).
