Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst Rank: Supervising Associate We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to support global Talent Technology initiatives. In this role, you will partner with HR stakeholders and technical teams to gather business requirements, optimize Talent processes, and deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions and integrations that support business objectives. To Qualify for the Role: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting HR or Talent Management systems. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience supporting system integrations and HR technology projects. Experience working in Agile environments is preferred. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus. Your Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Talent initiatives. Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities. Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. Develop business documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve functional issues while supporting continuous process and system improvements. Support change management and end-user adoption for new processes and system enhancements. Skills and Attributes for Success: Strong understanding of Talent Management processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionality. Experience with data integration concepts, including APIs, ETL processes, and data mapping. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
