Okta Level 3

We are looking for an Okta Engineer (Level 3) to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role provides advanced technical support, administration, and implementation of Okta solutions while working closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams.

The ideal candidate has solid experience with Okta administration, authentication protocols, and user lifecycle management in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Okta-related incidents and requests.
• Configure and administer Okta Workforce Identity Cloud.
• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user provisioning.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and provisioning issues.
• Perform user lifecycle management and access reviews.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on IAM initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Okta administration.
• Experience with:
• Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Universal Directory
• Lifecycle Management
• Knowledge of:
• SAML
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SCIM
• Experience integrating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Advanced English (B2+ or higher).

Required Certification

• Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator.

Nice to Have

• Okta Certified Administrator (if not already held).
• Experience with Okta Workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance concepts.
