SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC)

Location: Budapest, Hngary (Hybrid set-up)

For our aviation client we're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support and enhance critical HR processes related to absence management and employee reintegration.

In this role, you'll act as the functional expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive improvements, resolve issues, and ensure stable system operations.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Support and optimize absence management processes
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions
• Manage system changes, enhancements, and releases
• Monitor integrations and downstream applications
• Advise stakeholders on functional solutions and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on new features and improvements

What You'll Bring

• Min. 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
• Hands-on experience with configuration, permissions, and testing
• Knowledge of MDF Objects, Business Rules, RBP, and OData APIs
• Experience supporting production environments and managing incidents
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Management experience
• SAP HR and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) knowledge
• Experience with Integration Center and Intelligent Services Center
