Job Description SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central Deine Aufgaben Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Employee Central Administration und Optimierung von Schnittstellen (z.B. CPI, BTP) Planung und Umsetzung von Integration zwischen SAP- und non-SAP-Systemen Integration neuer Systeme und Komponenten in die bestehende Systemlandschaft Fehleranalyse, 3rd-Level-Support und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern Sehr enge und agile Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen Proaktive Auseinandersetzung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, VAIT) und Sicherstellung der Compliance Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von SAP SuccessFactors EC Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen, insb. im internationalen Kontext Affinität zu Integrationsarchitekturen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP CPI (Design, Deploy & Run von Cloud‑Integrationen) anzueignen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Interesse am agilen und innovativen Arbeiten Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
