SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Consultant – Employee Central – RBP - Amsterdam – Remote or Hybrid

Empiric has received an exciting opportunities for a SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Consultant with deep knowledge of HR Employee Central.

SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Consultant will be expected to analyse business requirements related to HR master data, organizational structure, employee lifecycle events, and workforce administration.

Also configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on business needs. Together with collaborate with HR and business teams to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.

Skills / experience

SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)

Implementation support, enhancements, releases, and production support activities for SF EC

Maintain and configure:

• Foundation Objects

• Generic Objects

• Business Rules

• Workflows

• Event Reason Derivation

• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

• Picklists

• MDF Objects

Other

• Term: 6 to 12 months plus extensions
