Title: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect
Location: Sassenberg, Germany (90% Remote / Max 10% On-site)
Contract Duration: 19.10.2026 – 30.09.2027 (12 Months, Freelance B2B)
Workload: Part-Time / 3 Days per Week (1440 Total Hours)
Languages: Fluent German & English
Position Summary:
We are seeking a German-speaking SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to define and govern the overall solution architecture for an enterprise SuccessFactors implementation. You will lead end-to-end landscape designs, ensure integration and data migration alignment, and enforce SAP best practices across all modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design overall end-to-end solution architectures across all SuccessFactors modules and surrounding SAP systems.
- Perform solution design reviews and govern compliance, scalability, and architectural consistency.
- Establish integration design specifications and data migration concepts alongside delivery leads.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to functional teams and executive project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Architecture Track Record: Proven experience leading solution architecture for complex, multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Integration & Landscape: Deep technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integration patterns, data migration frameworks, and system landscape design.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English (mandatory).
