As a Senior Management Consultant, you play a key role in guiding our clients through complex challenges, aligning their initiatives with strategic objectives and delivering tangible impact. Depending on your experience, you will take on more hands-on delivery responsibilities or evolve towards a more strategic, advisory and coaching role, always close to the client. You translate strategy into execution and support organizations in making the right choices at the right time. Fluent in Dutch, French and English You have 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management. Worked as a consultant before? That’s a plus! You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments You are willing to work from our clients’ sites (within reasonable distance) You don’t think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed
