SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant – Remote | Mexico We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant to join a long-term global project. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, proposing SAP standard solutions, configuring SAP TM, and collaborating with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. What we're looking for: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP TM Consultant . Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements. Experience configuring SAP TM solutions and delivering end-to-end implementations. Experience preparing effort estimations, work plans, testing, and functional documentation. Experience coordinating with business users throughout analysis, testing, and solution acceptance. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of SAP best practices (Standard First approach). Experience working with SAP Solution Manager . Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience analyzing SAP Notes and resolving functional issues through SAP Marketplace. Ability to prepare technical-functional specifications and coordinate developments. Experience participating in enterprise SAP implementation or support projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements. Propose SAP standard solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices. Configure SAP TM solutions. Prepare effort estimations, project plans, and resource planning. Execute functional testing and document test evidence. Design test plans and coordinate integrated testing with business users. Create technical-functional specifications for approved GAP developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project documentation. Analyze incidents and coordinate issue resolution through SAP Notes and SAP Marketplace. Support user acceptance testing and solution approvals. Promote continuous improvements using SAP technologies and best practices. What we offer: 100% Remote position (Mexico). Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
