SAP Logistics Data Migration Expert – WM / IM / Batch Management

Europe – 100% Remote

Long-term freelance contract – until March 2028

Start: 1 October 2026

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Data Migration Expert to support a major international SAP transformation within the Life Sciences industry.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end data migration across SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM) and Batch Management (BM), working between business, functional, ETL and legacy-system teams throughout multiple deployment waves.

Key responsibilities

• Own SAP WM / IM / BM data objects from start to finish.
• Manage data requirements, mapping and conversion activities.
• Prepare and validate migration load files.
• Coordinate data transformation and migration activities.
• Work closely with business, SAP functional, ETL and legacy-system teams.
• Validate migrated data and ensure data quality.
• Manage migration defects and escalate design issues where required.
• Support multiple deployment waves through go-live and hypercare.
• Track migration progress, risks and issues across the programme.

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on SAP Data Migration / Data Conversion experience.
• Strong SAP WM / LE-WM knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Inventory Management (IM / MM-IM).
• Experience with SAP Batch Management (BM).
• 10+ years of ERP / SAP implementation experience.
• Experience with BODS / SAP Data Services, ETL and data loading.
• Experience working across major SAP implementations or global rollouts.
• GxP / CSV experience within Life Sciences or another regulated environment.
• Experience working across multi-country and multi-system environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluent English.
