What you'll bring

You're a curious, motivated student interested in how enterprise operations work. You bring strong analytical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in helping teams and stakeholders succeed.

  • A structured approach to complex problems — you organize information clearly and keep multiple tasks on track at the same time
  • Clear, professional communication — in writing and in conversations with teams across different time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams — with an interest in building skills in Power BI and SharePoint
  • A hands-on approach to AI — you're open to using AI agents, automation, and context-aware tools to work smarter and deliver better results
  • Degree not required for this role
  • Fluency in English is required for this role

What you'll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAPiXp - Global Revenue Operations Intern – Project Management and Business Analysis

Location: Tempe, AZ preferred; Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite.

You'll contribute to the programs and business cadences that keep SAP's Global Revenue Operations (GRO) running. Your work will reach senior leaders and field teams across the business.

  • Support the design and coordination of GRO enablement programs — managing speaker logistics, meeting invitations across time zones, and follow-up communications
  • Build and maintain data dashboards in Power BI to track program performance and surface insights for stakeholders
  • Conduct business analysis for GRO teams — structuring data, consolidating findings, and presenting clear takeaways
  • Manage and update SharePoint sites used by operations and sales audiences across multiple topics
  • Track actions and follow up on assigned tasks to maintain stakeholder alignment across ongoing program
  • Contribute to project coordination — maintaining scope, ownership, and communication cadences for GRO initiatives

Where you belong

You'll join the Global Revenue Operations Programs team — a small group at the heart of SAP's global Sales and Customer Success organization. The team reports directly to the Global Head of Revenue Operations. You'll collaborate across functions, business units, and senior leadership — with exposure that goes well beyond a typical internship. This role is based at SAP Industries, 1101 W Washington St, Suite 401, Tempe, Arizona 85288, USA.
