Qualifications / Certifications required:

• Finance background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• ERP knowledge: Solid understanding of finance ERP business processes.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze finance requirements and support solution design.
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and delivery teams

Experience required:

• ERP implementation support: Experience contributing to ERP implementations.
• Finance operations: Exposure to core finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
• Solution delivery support: Hands-on involvement in supporting design, testing, and deployment of finance solutions.
• Collaboration: Experience working within project teams and supporting cross-border delivery.

Responsibilities of role:

As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday Financials modules such as Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay, ensuring solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design optimized financial processes, and manage end-to-end implementation activities including design, build, testing, and deployment. The role involves conducting unit and integration testing to ensure accuracy and compliance, preparing detailed documentation, and delivering user training. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to successful project delivery within agreed timelines.

• Ability to understand E2E Finance business processes and gather data requirements to support the data migration process flows.

The successful candidates will be required to work the standard office hours of the United Kingdom office. During the training period, attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis. Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model. Please note that PwC SATIC is currently refining its hybrid working approach, and this remains subject to change in line with business, client, and team requirements.
