SC Cleared Platform Engineer

SC Cleared Senior Platform Engineer - Fully remote - 12-month contract - £550-£650 per day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to design and build secure, scalable, and highly automated cloud platforms supporting complex and security-sensitive environments.

You will work across both greenfield and existing platforms, combining cloud infrastructure, automation, DevSecOps and software engineering to create reliable environments that allow engineering teams to deliver quickly and securely.

This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with strong experience across cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, who enjoys solving complex platform and infrastructure challenges.

Skills -

• Strong commercial experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE or Cloud Engineer.
• Experience designing and operating production cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi or equivalent IaC experience.
• Strong EKS, Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• Experience with AWS
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of DevSecOps and security-by-design principles.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging and observability solutions.
