🕘 Schedule: Friday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Colombia Time) / 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Arizona Time)

🔎 Job Overview

The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining strong client–caregiver relationships and ensuring a best-in-home care experience. This role is key in matching caregivers with clients, handling referrals, and supervising scheduling activities. You’ll also support payroll, telephony systems, and office coordination duties while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Verbal Communication: Answer calls, take inquiries/messages professionally, and serve as liaison between caregivers and management.
• 🤝 Customer Focus: Respond promptly to client calls, handle referrals, and ensure excellent service.
• 🔄 Adaptability: Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
• ⚖️ Decision Making/Judgment: Uphold integrity, problem-solve quickly, and align with company values.
• 📂 Organization: Schedule caregivers, verify timesheets, update telephony records, and process payroll.
• 💪 Stress Management: Perform on-call duties, multitask effectively, and maintain professionalism.
• 😀 Likability: Interview and onboard candidates, support recruiting, and foster positive relationships.
• 🧩 Resourcefulness: Handle general office tasks and support operations as needed.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of business experience.
• 💻 Strong office, computer, and organizational skills.
• 📞 Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication abilities.
• 📚 Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• 🧠 Ability to work independently, multitask, and exercise sound judgment.
• ⏰ Availability for on-call duty outside normal office hours.
