Job Description​ We are hiring a Full Time Scheduler for our fast paced, busy Cardio Health and Wellness Clinic at our Saint Luke's Plaza location! Monday - Friday, 830am - 5pm No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays! Remote 1-2 weeks a month after training Scheduling experience preferred We are looking for someone with scheduling experience that is organized with strong customer service skills and the ability to multi task! The Scheduler coordinates and schedules complex patient appointments, procedures, tests, and other services within a healthcare facility. The responsibilities of this position include scheduling appointments, coordinating services, verifying insurance, and ensuring all pre-emptive appointment requirements have been obtained. The Scheduler must acquire and apply enhanced knowledge of assigned clinical area to support assessment of patient appointment needs based on the review of provider notes and application of specialty/department guidelines.
