A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver AI, machine learning, and optimization solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code using software engineering best practices and Infor development standards.
- Build and enhance data pipelines, analytical models, and software components that support customer-facing products and internal platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies to ensure solution quality and promote knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, data, and model-related issues in development and production environments.
- Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI and analytics solutions in cloud environments.
- Document technical designs, implementation decisions, and best practices to contribute to team knowledge and long-term maintainability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Python or another modern programming language.
- Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, version control, and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of data analysis, statistics, machine learning, or optimization concepts.
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing applications or services using REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exposure to optimization, operations research, decision intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing or MLOps workflows
