SCM/WMS Consultant

Job Description This role sits at the intersection of client-facing consulting and enterprise technology implementation within an international provider of supply chain and enterprise execution software. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the strategic optimization of their logistics networks, designing custom systems architectures, and ensuring the seamless implementation of advanced fulfillment, tracking, and warehouse management technologies from kickoff to deployment. Key Responsibilities Consulting & Support: Provide expert advisory services and ongoing technical support to global enterprise clients utilizing specialized warehouse execution software . Process Optimization: Conduct comprehensive audits and structural analysis of operational logistics data to discover and implement process efficiencies . Concept Design: Architect tailored logistics concepts, data workflows, and strategic software deployment blueprints aligned with client-specific operational constraints . Software Implementation: Manage the direct configuration, integration, and onsite commissioning of execution platforms at distribution centers and logistics hubs . Training & Workshops: Formulate, organize, and execute technical workshops and user training programs for end-users and management teams . Technical Liaison: Serve as the core bridge and technical interface between customer stakeholders and internal product engineering teams to manage product requirements . Requirements Requirements Must-Have Skills: Experience: Professional history working directly within industrial logistics environments or acting as a ERP/Implementation Consultant Soft Skills: High customer orientation accompanied by strong stakeholders-management and cross-functional communication abilities . Work Style: Proven capability to execute project milestones independently while maintaining close collaboration within distributed teams . Mobility: Openness and flexibility to travel both locally and internationally (about 2 times a year) Language: Native or fluent Japanese proficiency alongside professional-level English proficiency to operate effectively in an international environment .
