Scrum Master

We're seeking a strong to support multiple teams for our client from healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the teams to get them to a higher performance level and deliver greater value by employing coaching and development techniques
• Lead the scrum ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint refinement, sprint review, retrospective, and backlog refinement
• Guide the team with Agile methodologies and best practices
• Work with the Team Lead and Product owner to identify and track stories, risks, defects, and impediments using Jira
• Remove impediments, track dependencies, and manage risks
• Assist in resolving conflicts that occur
• Create, monitor, and review metrics dashboards to measure team performance and help teams improve on processes and efficiency
• Planning & organizing demos
• Preparing status reports and Executive communication for stakeholders

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Have a deep understanding of scrum, agile, agile principles and methodologies
• Have previous experience with Jira and Confluence or similar software tools
• Be able to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict through their working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, to deliver solutions with minimal direction and guidance from manager and under stress in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to create a working agreement with the team and hold the team accountable to that agreement
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal contexts in a fashion tailored for the audience
• Be adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
• Be highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation, and documentation techniques within a project
• Be able to coach their team through the process of delivering a product or service as well as motivate and inspire the team, provide clear direction, and remove any obstacles that may be preventing the team from achieving their goal

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
