Scrum Master

We're hiring: Senior Scrum Master

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a long-term technology modernization initiative within the insurance industry. You'll play a key role leading Agile practices for a large-scale enterprise project, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver a new platform experience.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale projects

• Strong Sprint 0 experience

• Deep knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile best practices

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills

• Servant leadership mindset with outstanding communication abilities

• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams

Nice to have:

• Azure DevOps experience (strongly preferred)

• Insurance or reinsurance industry experience

What you'll do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration

• Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement

• Coach Product Owners and development teams

• Promote Agile maturity across the team

• Track progress and ensure delivery alignment

• Support onboarding and Agile adoption
