Scrum Master

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is seeking a proactive Scrum Master. In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating team-level Scrum practices, managing cross-team dependencies, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress for leadership visibility.

Please note: you must have at least 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Facilitate all ceremonies like Stand Up, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, Retrospective.
• Work with the dependent teams to ensure that any dependencies are identified and tracked to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Implement the required documentation like Technological Feasible Document, My Work Front requests. Keep the Devops work items updated with the latest information.
• Provide the latest status of the projects and update the required dashboards, Monday.com board, so that the leadership team is up to date with the latest statuses.
• Represent the team in forums like Priorities meeting, Scrum of Scrum, Dependency planning, Release retrospectives.

EXPERIENCE

• Relevant agile project management experience in the Software Development Industry.
• Hands-on experience of Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or equivalent.
• Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interact/assist with different teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of REST API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Understanding the requirement documents and converting into user stories.
• Experience with release planning, dependency discussions, work experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT teams.
• Experience in working with globally distributed teams would be an advantage.
• The role requires adaptability in work schedules, allowing for flexible start and end times based on project needs and individual productivity. Candidates should be able to manage their time effectively while ensuring alignment with team collaboration, deadlines, and business priorities.
