We are currently searching for a Scrum Master:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning.
  • Coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) activities and collaborate with other teams for successful program increments.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum and scaled agile (SAFe) practices, driving continuous improvement and supporting the team in delivering business value.
  • Maintain and update team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Foster strong communication and working relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the Data Management Office.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Work during US business hours to ensure alignment with global teams.

Your Profile (Requirements)

  • Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery and leading core Scrum ceremonies.
  • Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and update team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong capability in identifying, escalating, and removing impediments to team progress.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and related management offices.
  • Ability and willingness to work US Central Time (CT) business hours.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
  • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

  • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Special Notes

  • Preferable location is Mexico.
  • This role requires working a US Shift: 8:00 am CT to 5:00 pm CT.
