For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a complex and dynamic environment. You will play an important role in facilitating effective collaboration, improving ways of working and helping teams deliver value consistently.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders.
- Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency and delivery processes.
- Help create an environment where teams can work autonomously and effectively.
- Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the wider Agile transformation and ways of working.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with software development and/or technology teams.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in complex organisational environments.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
- A Scrum certification, such as PSM, CSM or SAFe, is preferred.
