Scrum Master (m/w/d)

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a complex and dynamic environment. You will play an important role in facilitating effective collaboration, improving ways of working and helping teams deliver value consistently.

Your responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders.
• Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency and delivery processes.
• Help create an environment where teams can work autonomously and effectively.
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the wider Agile transformation and ways of working.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with software development and/or technology teams.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in complex organisational environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
• A Scrum certification, such as PSM, CSM or SAFe, is preferred.
