What You'll do: - Act as Scrum Master , facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology; - Coordinate and support the development of ETL processes , preferably using ODI (Oracle Data Integrator); - Ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions , applying best practices in SQL , PL/SQL , and data modeling; - Perform data analysis and troubleshooting , ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity; - Promote continuous delivery , TDD/BDD practices , and agile values within the team; - Manage team expectations and client relationships , ensuring alignment with goals and priorities; - Foster a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented team environment; - Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master , ideally with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification; - Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Oracle 12c or higher); - Expertise in SQL (CRUD, data modeling, transaction management, tuning); - Strong command of PL/SQL and multidimensional modeling concepts; - Experience developing ETL processes , preferably using ODI; - Solid understanding of Continuous Delivery , TDD/BDD , and Agile frameworks; - Excellent communication, teamwork , and stakeholder management skills; - Analytical mindset , autonomy, and ability to adapt to change.
