The team/project: We support the digital transformation in sales and service processes for B2B customers through all channels by developing and operating the best digital experience and services. As a Scrum Master/Team Coach you will support two teams in applying agile methods, foster open communication and remove obstacles that hinder the progress. As a part of the team, you will: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and restrospectives Remove impediments and foster an environment that encourages collaboration and problem solving Contribute together with the Product Owner in ensuring the teams capability of delivering constant business value Develop your team towards high effectiveness in planning, coordinating and creating value, continuously improving performance.
