Role Description The SDR Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Romega Solutions’ sales and talent acquisition efforts. Day-to-day activities include researching potential client companies, identifying and qualifying leads, and assisting with outreach via email, social media, and phone. The intern will help maintain and update CRM records, schedule meetings or introductory calls, and follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs, refine messaging, and support business development initiatives. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in inside sales and lead generation within the tech recruiting space.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform Inside Sales activities and support Sales processes in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong Lead Generation and Business Development skills to identify, research, and qualify prospective clients.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Interest in technology companies, recruiting, or HR tech, with a desire to learn about the talent acquisition industry.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads and outreach (training provided as needed).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and accept feedback constructively.
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
