SDR SaaS (Remote)

Our client is a leading Enterprise technology vendor focusing on cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that help organizations streamline HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and drive workforce transformation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth across the Saudi Arabian market and wider GCC.

This role can be based on-site in Dubai, or remotely in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia or Jordan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other demand-generation activities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business needs, decision-making processes, budgets, and timelines.
• Research target accounts and key stakeholders, including CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and business decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Develop a strong understanding of HR technology platform, value proposition, and market positioning.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer challenges to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or SaaS sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. is preferred.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience selling or prospecting within SaaS, HR Tech, HCM, ERP, or enterprise software environments.
