Are you a hands-on SEA expert who loves leading people as much as optimising campaigns? This could be the role for you.

My client is a market-leading performance marketing business running high-converting comparison platforms and affiliation funnels across multiple verticals, connecting millions of users with the right products at scale. Having built one of the fastest-growing SEO businesses in the space, they are constantly incubating new performance-driven models from idea to international scale.

Due to the growth they have seen, they're looking for an SEA Team Lead to own execution excellence across their SEA function and lead a small, high-performing team of SEA Managers.

What you'll own:

• Leading a team of SEA Managers - you'll be both a coach and mentor
• Managing a few accounts yourself, staying sharp and close to the work
• Acting as the SEA subject matter expert across the business
• Owning the SEA technology stack and driving adoption of new tools, automation and platform features
• Serving as the primary contact with Google, Microsoft and other key SEA partners

What you'll bring:

• Several years' hands-on experience managing and scaling SEA
• A real focus on ROI
• Experience leading/mentoring others with some examples of helping the team develop
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bidding strategies, conversion tracking and modern SEA tooling
