Search Advertising Specialist
Location: Antwerp/Amsterdam
Experience: Foundational knowledge of PPC, performance marketing or e-commerce advertising;
Minimum years of experience: 3+
Own day-to-day marketplace PPC execution and help drive clearer, more effective advertising performance.
This isn’t a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll set up, maintain and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Bol, eBay, Target, Nordstrom and other relevant ad platforms, while keeping spend, performance and next steps visible. All yours. If you’ve built strong foundations in PPC, performance marketing or e-commerce advertising and you’re ready to break the rules that no longer work, this is where you do it.
The role
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You manage the day-to-day campaign work assigned to you, spot risks early, coordinate creative and retail-readiness improvements, and turn performance data into clear actions.
What you’ll do (and what you won’t)
You set up, launch and maintain PPC campaigns across Amazon, Bol, eBay, Target, Nordstrom and other relevant marketplace ad platforms.
You make routine optimizations across bids, budgets, keywords, ASIN targeting, match types, negative targeting and placements.
You monitor delivery, search-term quality and performance trends, resolve straightforward issues, and raise exceptions early when they fall outside the agreed process.
You own the day-to-day tracking of ad spend and pacing against assigned budgets.
You keep performance visible across impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, attributed sales, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS and new-to-brand metrics where available.
You work with creative and content teams to request, quality-check and refresh ad copy and assets based on performance data and platform requirements.
You call out retail-readiness issues and product-detail-page gaps that could hold campaign performance back.
You deliver concise weekly and monthly updates that connect meaningful KPI movement to an insight, an action and the next recommended step. With manager support, you translate channel goals into clear KPI views and report progress using the team’s agreed definitions and cadence.
You won’t
Wait for a weekly or monthly report to flag a budget or delivery risk.
Report numbers without explaining what changed and what should happen next.
Ignore weak search terms, creative gaps or retail-readiness issues because they sit outside the campaign console.
Guess when work falls outside the playbook. You ask, learn and act.
How you’ll succeed
We look for people who think big, stay curious and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll combine disciplined execution with curiosity and commercial judgment. You’ll spot patterns, act on what the data says, keep the team informed, and know when to optimize independently, when to ask a sharp question and when to escalate.
What you’ll bring
You understand the foundations of PPC, performance marketing or e-commerce advertising.
You’re comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets, including organizing data, using formulas and working with pivots and lookups.
You can interpret core performance signals such as spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, attributed sales, ACOS, ROAS and TACOS.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way, follow through on the work you own, communicate clearly, collaborate well, and use questions and constructive feedback to improve quickly.
It’s a plus if you’ve worked with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, marketplace operations, or advertising on Bol, eBay, Target/Roundel, Nordstrom Media Network, Walmart or another retail-media platform.
It’s also a plus if you’ve used dashboards, business-intelligence tools, scripts, automation, or if you’re building your understanding of attribution, incrementality and the relationship between advertising performance and retail fundamentals.
Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
Wait for direction instead of taking initiative.
Mistake activity for impact.
Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape.
Prefer alignment meetings over decisions.
Still listening?
Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can’t believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let’s talk.
