Search Associate

We are an advisory and search firm for organization and leadership. We're looking for a Search Associate who turns a new mandate into a qualified pipeline: when a search goes live, you find the people, approach them and bring the right ones to the table.

The role

You own the research and sourcing side of our searches. You map the market, approach candidates directly, run first conversations and build a pool of strong people who are not right for today's search but will be for the next one. You also own our applicant tracking system: every candidate, status and note in it is accurate because you keep it that way. We work remotely and lean, so you plan your own week and report results, not activity.

What you'll own

• Map target companies and build longlists for every new search, quickly and accurately.
• Approach candidates directly and run first qualification calls.
• Build and maintain a talent pool, including strong applicants who are not a fit for today's search.
• Keep our ATS clean and current: profile, stage, notes and source on every candidate.
• Prepare shortlists with a short, clear assessment of each candidate.

What you bring

• One to three years in executive search research, sourcing or recruiting, including direct approach.
• A track record of finding hard-to-reach people, on LinkedIn and well beyond it.
• Disciplined data habits: for you, the ATS is the single source of truth.
• You work independently: you set priorities and move searches forward without waiting for instructions.
• English at a professional level (C1 or above), fluent German is a big plus.

As part of the process, we'll ask you to complete a short practical task based on a real mandate.
