Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time role. The position is fully remote. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, search rankings, and qualified traffic for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, running technical and content-focused SEO audits, and managing link-building initiatives in line with best practices. The specialist will monitor performance using web analytics tools, prepare concise reports, and collaborate with content, paid ads, and CRM teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals. The role involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends, proactively testing new approaches, and providing clear, data-informed recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize content and site structure.
• Experience performing comprehensive SEO Audits, including technical, content, and user experience assessments.
• Proficiency in Link Building strategies that follow ethical, white-hat practices and support long-term ranking growth.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance, diagnose issues, and produce actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, search engine algorithms, and current best practices, including mobile and local SEO.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) and how it influences visibility and brand mentions.
• Comfort with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate findings in clear, accessible language.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional marketing and technical teams on-site.
