We are looking for an elite, hands-on Senior SEO Specialist who operates well beyond basic keyword research and blog optimization. You will take complete ownership of our technical infrastructure, crawl economy, content architecture, and advanced authority-building campaigns.

This role is designed for a strategic execution specialist who understands search engine mechanics at a deep algorithmic level, knows how to diagnose complex indexing drops, and can build scalable off-page distribution engines.

1. Deep Technical SEO & Infrastructure Architecture

• Crawl Budget & Server Log Analysis: Analyze raw server logs (GSC, Screaming Frog, Loggly) to track Googlebot crawl behavior, optimize request patterns, fix crawl waste, and eliminate non-indexable directory bloat.

• Indexing & Rendering Management: Resolve complex rendering issues across JavaScript-heavy environments (SSR/CSR), canonicalization loops, dynamic parameter handling, and pagination/faceted navigation bugs.

• Core Web Vitals & Performance Engineering: Collaborate with developers to systematically improve LCP, CLS, and INP scores through critical rendering path optimization, DOM tree pruning, and asset compression.

• Structured Data & Semantic Web: Build and deploy complex nested JSON-LD schema (Organization, Article, HowTo, Product, FAQ, Custom Entity mapping) to optimize site presence for rich results and AI search extractions.

• Information Architecture & Internal Linking: Design scalable silo structures, topic clusters, and algorithmic internal linking frameworks to maximize PageRank flow across high-priority pages.

2. Advanced Content Strategy & On-Page Optimization

• Entity & Semantic Keyword Optimization: Leverage NLP models, semantic vectors, and entity mapping tools (Surfer, Clearscope, InLinks) to build content that aligns with search intent and topical authority frameworks.

• Programmatic & Scalable SEO: Plan and execute programmatic SEO templates and dynamic URL structures for scaled landing pages without triggering duplicate content penalties.

• Pruning & Decay Audits: Execute regular content audits to update, merge, or 301-redirect underperforming, cannibalized, or outdated content assets.

3. Advanced Off-Page Strategy & Digital PR

• High-Authority Link Acquisition: Develop white-hat link strategies through data-driven Digital PR campaigns, unlinked brand mention claims, and strategic editorial partnerships.

• Competitor Backlink Reverse-Engineering: Conduct deep gap audits on competitor link velocity, anchor text distributions, and link graph placements using Ahrefs and Majestic.

• Brand Authority & E-E-A-T Signaling: Build off-page entity trust signals through authoritative citations, press mentions, and brand co-occurrence optimization.

• 5+ years of verified hands-on experience managing deep technical and off-page SEO campaigns.

• Mastery of industry diagnostics: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

• Deep operational understanding of HTML/CSS/JS rendering, HTTP status codes, headers, and server configurations.

• Proven ability to recover websites from algorithmic penalties, core updates, or indexing drops.

• Strong understanding of data analysis tools (Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets regex and formulas) for tracking keyword positions, click-through rates, and conversion attribution.

• Exceptional self-management skills in a high-autonomy, fully remote work setting.
