Are you an SEO specialist who knows how to drive organic growth and is excited about the future of search?

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join a fast-paced, competitive digital environment, working across SEO strategy, technical SEO, content optimisation, analytics and AI-powered search.

🔎 What you’ll be doing:

• Own and implement SEO strategies that drive organic visibility, traffic and conversions

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Optimise content based on search intent and commercial objectives

• Conduct technical SEO audits and improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals

• Work with development teams to resolve technical SEO issues

• Develop link-building and authority-building strategies

• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions and turn data into actionable insights

• Explore opportunities across AI search, AEO and GEO

• Apply E-E-A-T principles to strengthen content credibility

• Stay ahead of Google updates and changes in the search landscape

👀 What we’re looking for:

✅ 3–5 years’ experience in a dedicated SEO role

✅ Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic

✅ Strong technical SEO knowledge

✅ Experience with Google Search Console & GA4

✅ Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz

✅ Understanding of structured data/schema markup

✅ Knowledge or interest in AEO, GEO and AI search optimisation

✅ Strong analytical and communication skills

✅ Ability to translate SEO insights into commercial recommendations

Experience in the South African betting/sports environment would be advantageous, along with a genuine interest in sport and digital trends. 🏆

Important: This role is based in Granger Bay, Cape Town, with 4 days per week in the office. The maximum salary budget is R58 000.
