Our client is seeking an experienced SEO and Paid Advertising Specialist to manage their search engine visibility and paid advertising campaigns. The goal is to generate leads, improve organic rankings, and manage profitable campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced SEO and Paid Advertising Specialist who can take ownership of their search engine visibility and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, improving organic rankings, and managing profitable campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing).

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on-page SEO elements.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.

• Create and test ad copy, audiences, and landing page strategies.

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

• Stay current with SEO, GEO, PPC, and search engine algorithm updates.

• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing SEO campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies.

• Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis tools.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience generating leads for service-based businesses.

• Knowledge of local SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

• Certifications in Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising are a plus.
