SEO Specialist – Remote LATAM
$1,500 USD/month | Full-Time | Remote
Seattle Sustainable Landscapes is a fast-growing landscaping company based in Seattle, Washington. We’re looking for a talented SEO Specialist based in Argentina or elsewhere in Latin America to help us grow our organic search presence and generate more qualified leads.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands SEO strategy but also loves executing, testing, analyzing results, and continuously improving. Our Ownership team and Marketing Manager are deeply involved in SEO strategy and know enough to know a specialist would be very valuable!
Language Requirement
Fluent English and Spanish are required.
You will work with team members throughout the U.S. and Latin America and regularly participate in meetings conducted in both English and Spanish. You must be comfortable communicating professionally in both languages.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute our SEO strategy
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Improve rankings for high-value services and local searches
- Optimize existing service pages, landing pages, and blog content
- Identify opportunities for new service, location, and educational content
- Manage on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, and site structure
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with our web developer
- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile performance
- Identify backlink and authority-building opportunities
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead generation
- Use data to identify opportunities and prioritize SEO initiatives
- Create clear reports connecting SEO work to business results
- Collaborate with our marketing, content, web development, sales, and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Professional Local SEO experience with demonstrated results
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, content, and local SEO
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Strong keyword research and search-intent analysis skills
- Experience working with WordPress
- Excellent written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects

- Home services, landscaping, or construction

- Schema/structured data
- HTML/CSS
- Backlink building and digital PR
- Conversion-rate optimization
- AI tools for SEO, research, and content workflows

Compensation & Location
$1,500 USD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
Full-time, remote position.
We are recruiting primarily in Argentina, but applications are welcome from qualified candidates throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America.
