What you will do Role Description You'll manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination. You'll oversee trust cash reconciliations, including populating, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies with servicers and originators. You'll manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely trust administration. You'll perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees to execute required payments in accordance with transaction requirements. You'll maintain and develop financial models, supported by ongoing training and mentoring, while providing general support for trust management operations. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements Desired Experience & Skills You have 1–3 years of experience in structured financial markets, with at least 1 year of securitisation trust management experience. You have experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration, with a strong understanding of trust operations. You can manage complex transactions and projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You have a general understanding of legal documentation, particularly operative commercial provisions and transaction requirements. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, with cashflow modelling experience considered an advantage but not essential. Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
