The role: As our Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll own the strategy and standards behind how deals, offers and content show up across our app and website. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll set the merchandising guidelines, backend tagging and reporting that make our homepage work harder - balancing commercial priorities with what's best for members. What you’ll do: Homepage & app experience You’ll own the end-to-end merchandising of the homepage and key discovery surfaces across app and web, balancing commercial priority with member value Set the priority framework for deals, brand moments and non-deal content like Shopping Cards and Member Experiences Campaign & retail calendar activation Work with Partnerships and Commercial to activate deals accurately and on time, aligned to retail media priorities Build the merchandising plan against the marketing calendar and key campaigns Merchandising standards, tagging & reporting Define and maintain the merchandising guidelines and backend tagging structure that keep performance measurable Own merchandising reporting and turn performance trends into real recommendations Product collaboration Be the merchandising voice in product roadmap conversations, flagging impacts on discovery and the member journey Partner with Product on the CMS tooling (including Sanity) that merchandising depends on Test & learn Run structured tests on layout, content prioritisation and user journeys to lift engagement and conversion Act as the voice of the member, using insight and data to shape merchandising decisions What we’re looking for: Solid experience in merchandising, e-commerce or trade, ideally owning a merchandising function end to end Marketplace and/or loyalty experience preferred, but working for an individual retailer with some complexity is good too Hands-on CMS experience (Sanity or similar) and confidence managing onsite content Strong analytical skills - comfortable using affiliate reporting and performance data to make calls Confidence working cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Creative What’s on offer 24 days annual leave + your birthday off, moments that matter leave & volunteer leave $1,000 health insurance contribution + $1,000 personal development fund Paid parental leave, an EAP, and your own Blue Light Card Hybrid working — 3 days in our Sydney CBD office, 2 from home If you want to own how a growing member platform shows up online - and help Australia’s essential workers make their money go further - we’d love to hear from you.
