83zero is recruiting for an experienced PKI / Certificate Lifecycle Management Consultant to join a long-term enterprise security programme in Spain.
This is a 12-month contract with multiple extensions expected, offering the opportunity to work remotely while delivering complex security solutions across large enterprise environments.
The Role
You will work directly with enterprise customers to design, implement and optimise PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, taking projects from initial design through deployment, integration, automation and handover.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing consulting position, so we are looking for someone who combines strong PKI technical knowledge with experience delivering solutions within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management solutions
- Support certificate discovery, management, renewal and automation
- Work across complex cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments
- Integrate solutions with existing identity, infrastructure and security platforms
- Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers
- Troubleshoot complex certificate and PKI issues
- Support testing, deployment and successful handover into operational teams
- Work closely with customer, technical and project stakeholders throughout delivery
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on PKI experience
- Experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management / Certificate Management
- Strong understanding of X.509 certificates and Certificate Authorities
- Experience with technologies such as HSMs, CRLs and OCSP
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix
- Experience with Active Directory, AD CS, ADFS and/or LDAP
- Exposure to AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- Previous Professional Services, consulting or customer-facing delivery experience
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience with technologies such as F5, Citrix NetScaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic or WebSphere would also be beneficial
