Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer with strong engineering experience in Python/scripting, security and governance systems, policy enforcement, and AI risk management. The role focuses on building secure, governed, auditable AI systems through code and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompt filtering and output validation mechanisms.
• Implement AI misuse-prevention and governance controls.
• Build audit, traceability, and control mechanisms.
• Develop safety patterns for AI agents.
• Identify and mitigate prompt injection, hallucination, and data leakage risks.
• Analyze AI risk scenarios and failure modes.
• Implement security and governance requirements through automation.
• Support Responsible AI and model risk initiatives.
• Work with IAM and enterprise approval workflows where required.
