What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent technical training
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructures and TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS
• Tracks, reviews and prioritizes tickets according to SLAs
• Communicates networking/security issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)

Important:

This position is hybrid, 3 days a week in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
