Security Training & Awareness Manager

You’ll be the force behind our security culture — designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security. What You’ll Do: Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001) Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership Create or license engaging multimedia training content
